Scorpion venom varies in it's species, And whether the owner/victim has Allergies. The most common household scorpion is the "Emperor scorpion" or Pandinus Imperator, Which has ultimately weak venom. Around about the same quality as a bee sting. A much more dangerous species such as the "Deathstalker" who has truly earned it's name killing thousands of people with it's DANGEROUSLY toxic venom are more deadly, But harder to find. As mentioned earlier, Any scorpion could be deadly if you have a very weak immunity system, Or have allergies to it's poison, In which you should seek medical advice immediately.
No
No they don't. Scorpions are always producing venom just like how humans produce sperm.
Scorpions have been known to humans since ancient times.
because they are very toxic
Scorpions make good lizard food. There are many predators to scorpions, birds, cats, mice, rats, even humans in certain locations eat scorpions. So lizards eat scorpions, spiders eat scorpions, scorpions eat scorpions and people eat scorpions. I'm sure pocket mice eat scorpions!
Humans. Lizards.

Yes, Bromine is toxic
yes because they are poisonous
All scorpions will hurt humans if they sting. Only a few species can cause human deaths, however.
Phenol is toxic and corrosive.
The question is toxic to what. Not all chemicals which are toxic to humans are toxic to bacteria, and some chemicals which are toxic to bacteria are harmless to humans (which is why we can have antibiotics). There are chemicals (like Hydrogen Sulfide) which are very toxic to mammals that SOME bacteria eat as food. But there are other chemicals like chlorine which are toxic to both humans and bacteria. So the question does not have a simple answer.
