Start with removing the door panel.
The handle itself is mounted with a bolt or two.
Disconnect the linkage that goes to the latch mechanism
Reverse to install.
While you have the door panel off, take a moment to grease the window track / regulator, and lubricate basically everything you can see in the way of linkages and door latch. WD40 or similar works good on that stuff.
