Loosen the ones you can reach first then put the truck in neutral move it forward or back until the bolts you cannot reach are at the bottom. Do not have anyone stay under the vehicle while moving it is not safe. you can see it well enough looking under it from the side.
To permanently disable, remove the drive shaft from the transfer case to the front differential.
remove the distributer, remove the roll pin holding the drive gear onto the distributer shaft, remove the distributer drive gear, remove the shaft from the distributer to gain access to and remove the stator(pick-up coil). Replace the stator, and reassemble everything.
Remove the 4 nuts that hold down the U-Joints to the differential. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the center drive shaft carrier bearing to the frame. Put a pan or some kind of container under the tail of the transmission to catch any of the oil that drips. Then pull the drive shaft out of the transmission. If you decide to replace the u-joints, I strongly recommend that you take the drive shaft to a reputable u-joint specialist and have all 3 u-joints replaced and the carrier bearing all replaced and have the drive shaft balanced. Then put it all back together in reverse order. When removing the u-joints, make sure the transmission is in neutral and the parking brake is set and/or the wheels are blocked.

First you want to remove the belt that comes off the crank shaft. You do that be loosing the two bolts behind the pump that are attached to a bracket off the motor. Next disconnect the two hoses coming out of the pump, then just remove the bolts and it should come out.
You would remove 4 bolts from the companion flange (typical) and use a small prybar to break it loose. In your case, and due to technical specs you are going to have to deal with: You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Changing a seal on the pinion sounds a lot easier than it really is. There are critical torque, and clearance, and preload specs that you will have to follow, or the end result would be failure.

The 1995 Chevrolet Lumina dashboard is held in place with for retaining bolts and 12 retaining clips. Remove the retaining bolts and pry outward on the retaining clips.
