You will save money; your health will improve; you will boost your self confidence not letting tobacco be your master; your family and friends will benefit-no more second-hand smoke; you will please your Creator no longer defiling your body he gave you.
Quitting is going to be a REAL STRUGGLE and you are going to have withdrawals and feel sick. But please just stop and stay motivated. Look into doing a body cleanse kit from your health food store to help along the with the harsh symptoms of quitting. BE BRAVE YOU CAN DO IT.
You heat it up first! Sorry, I had to say that. You can quit smoking cold turkey only when you are determined to quit. Get rid of the ashtrays, lighters, matches, & of course, the cigarettes. Some people stick a mint flavred toothpick in their mouth, when they get the urge to smoke & some keep hard candy in their shirt/pant's pocket. It takes quite a while for Nicotine to leave the body & drinking generous amounts of water daily will help in that respect. Water will also get your skin, hair, & nails healthy again. It takes one day at a time & strong determination to break this bad habit. Your heart & lungs will thank you & you will be adding more years to your life by kicking the habit. Just believe in yourself & don't give up!
