There is no need to keep it back. It is suposed to move back and forth over the glan of the penis during sex and should be held in such a way that it slides back and forth over the glans during masturbation. the foreskin is there to protect the sensitive glans of the penis while it is flaccid and plays an important part in delivering sensation when erect and in use.

Circumcision. That or two clothespins. You really can't ALWAYS retracted, It's possible during an erection, but when it's flaccid, the foreskin will usually sheathe the head of the penis. Sorry. :P

You can do it . . . pull back the foreskin and roll it under the behind portion of glans, then penis will look like circumcised. But do not practice it for a long time.

___

Hi, my question is, why on earth would you want to do that? I'm one of thousands of men who are performing foreskin restoration (non-surgical) because we know how much it suck to not have the glans covered and the damage it causes to the penis...just curious.

This is how to keep foreskin always retracted. It takes only 2 minutes to tape it.; See related links.

There are guys who train their foreskin to stay permanently retracted since puberty. It is in fact a common practice in Japan. There is even a term for it,ie : auto circumcision. By training the foreskin to stay retracted at a young age, the foreskin would eventually stay back even in the flaccid state.

For most men the foreskin can simply be rolled back by gentle sliding it back. Other men have a tight foreskin that may be harder to roll back or that may not be able to be rolled back at all. The foreskin of infants and young boys generally do not retract. While some boys may be able to retract their foreskin by age 3, others will not be able to retract their foreskin until puberty.

I'm not sure I understand your question.

If you mean - how do you restore the foreskin of a circumcised penis? - This is not easily done. There are some reconstructive surgeries and other techniques that can restore the appearance of the penis but none that will completely restore it to normal.

If you mean - how do you put a retracted foreskin back in place? - This should be easy. The retracted foreskin should easily slide back into place with a little pressure. It is is not easy to return to normal position you should see your doctor. If there is pain or swelling it is an emergency.

The foreskin should not be maintained retracted. This can result in a condition called paraphimosis, which occurs when the foreskin gets stuck retractedd and can injure the penis. The foreskin should normally be left covering the head of the penis.

The only way is to have the frenelum cut. that is the stringy bit of tissue that holds it in place and then causes it to return to the correct position where it protects the glans and keeps it sensitive until the next time you use it. You don't want to keep you foreskin back as it will eventually damage the glans.

No, definitely not. you should be able to retract it easily exposing the glans but then upon letting go of it it should return to a position that covers the glans. this is a form of natural protection. that enhances the performance of the penis and the pleasure of the pardner.

Does the foreskins supose to go behind the nob?

Normally the foreskin is supposed to lay on top of the glans (nob), but it should be easily retractable. It is retracted in order to clean under it, and to have sex, but otherwise it should remain over the glans. If a foreskin remains retracted too long, it can cause reduced blood flow to the tip of the penis which may cause tissue damage or even tissue death.

What is partial circumcision?

Partial circumcision removes only part of the foreskin. Partial foreskin may be used to treat phimosis (a tight foreskin) that does not respond to gradual stretching exercises with a corticosteroid cream. Instead of removing the entire foreskin, partial circumcision only removes the tight phimotic ring that prevents the foreskin from being retracted. Many men with phimosis prefer partial circumcision to complete circumcision as it retains most of the foreskin, which functions in several ways to increase pleasure during sexual activity.

What is a retracted nipple?

A retracted or inverted nipple is one that doesn't stick out or protrude past the level of the surrounding skin. If the nipple has always been this way, there is no cause for concern -- it's normal. If a nipple that used to protrude now is retracted, the finding could be a sign of a mass or tumor in the breast.

How often is nipple retraction breast cancer?

Nipple retraction is rarely a sign of breast cancer, and is only clinically significant if the nipple used to "stick out" and is now retracted. If it was always retracted, there is no cause for concern.

Will circumcision get rid of odor?

Circumcision prevents the accumulation of smegma under the foreskin. Smegma has an odor. Therefore if that is the cause of the issue. It will remove it. If the odor is caused by something else it won't. On balance it probably is. It is likely that you have some sort of infection that needs treatment as a healthy penis with or without smegma should not stink. If you are intact and your foreskin is uncomfortably tight but has been retracted then simply doing some foreskin stretching exercises will alleviate your problem.

You are 13 and have no foreskin?

If you don't have foreskin that means you have been circumcised. Circumcision is a surgery during which part of the skin of the penis, called the foreskin, is cut off of the rest of the penis. After circumcision the head of the penis is always exposed since there is no foreskin left to cover it. Foreskin does not grow back after it has been cut off. Most circumcisions are performed when boys are only a few days old, which is why you don't remember it.

When to restore foreskin after circumcision?

You can start at any time you like, the younger the better, Keep in mind however that the restored foreskin will never be the same as the original as a lot of nervous tissue is lost with the original mutilation. Suggest you look up foreskin restoration on the web for further guidance.
