Under laws of the United States of America, you have to be 18 to work around friers. If you want to work the counter and do nothing else, you could probably be 16 or 17.

Well apparently this person has no idea what they are talking about being the fact that more then half of all Mcdonalds restraunts are employed by teenagers. You actually can get hired at 14 in some places like a few of them in PA. You need to be 14 to work on the grill 16 to use fryers or the microwave and 18 to use a ladder stepstool under child labor laws.

If you are with an adult, then you can be any age.

around 15 or something. Are you sure you wanna work there? It's disgusting and greasy and horrible. I can't imagine standing there serving people without thinking how many people are getting sick and dying from clogged arteries and getting fat all because of that whole bunch of grease and oil junk they're loading into your menu.
