An eleven year old can not have a job. Child Labor Laws prevent it. They may be able to volunteer, check at your local RSPCA office.
One can find job listings for the RSPCA by looking on the official website. One may also find job postings for the RSPCA on Craigslist, and online job banks.

The RSPCA stands for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and NSW stands for New South Wales, which is an area of Australia. So the site is about the RSPCA organization that covers New South Wales and do the same sort of job as this organization would in the UK.
Almost anyone can be part of the RSPCA gang, the people are grateful for any help :) I am 14 years old and I am part of the RSPCA team, I have been part of the RSPCA since grade 7. My job is to raise young puppies and kittens until they are old enough to be desexed, its really fun. It is completely free for me, they give you all the food, kitty litter and litter tray etc. and all you have to do is care for them, love them and feed them. It's really sad to say goodbye to some of them but I know that they will get into a good home 'cause i raised them well :) This is just one of the jobs-- foster caring, there are many other jobs that you can help with as well. If you check out the RSPCA website, you can see all the other jobs. MAKE IT SHINE :)
Many RSPCA's have volunteer positions available and when paid positions become available, volunteer staff are often chosen to fill them. Put an application in at your local branch, I am sure they would welcome the help.
You certainly can! They love to accept dedicated volounteers at the RSPCA, and they also are asking for more towels, tea towels, old blankets, maybe old dog/cat beds that you don't use any more? You can go to the RSPCA to adopt animals that have been rescued and you should always consider this before going to the petshop.
The RSPCA was started in 1824.
