You can't get a reliable result on the pregnancy test until 2 weeks after sex so after the test show positive you can see the doctor. He will first also confirm the pregnancy.In the US you can have an abortion up to the 20th week but not all states perform it. After that it's only for health reasons.

∙ 14y agoAny age but depending on your age and where you live you might need parental consent or notice. However, no one can force you to have a baby or to go through an abortion. That is illegal, even for your parents.

∙ 13y agoNo age limit. If you can get pregnant you can have an abortion. There can't be a law that says it's OK for adults to have an abortion but we should force our kids to have the babies they don't want. As a minor you might have to get the notice or consent from a parent though but if they don't want to sign you can get one anyway through the courts. Legally it's your choice and not theirs.
