How much weight will in lose if you just eat soup for 2 weeks?
This is an ineffective way to lose weight, because you will not lose much fat, and you will put on fat more quickly when you restart your regular eating habits. If you want to… lose fat, stop eating carbohydrate dense, processed foods. If it's in a box, carton or packet it's often bad. Stick to lean proteins, fruits and veggies and exercise often. You simply cannot lose weight and maintain your weight loss in the long run without changing your eating habits altogether.When your body stops getting food it goes into a starvation mode and saves fat. That depends on how may calories there is in the soup as compared with your regular diet. If it's about the same, then you won't lose any.
The weight you lose will be mainly water and will soon come back when you begin to live again. It would be best to change your lifestyle to something including balanced,… portioned meals and at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Depends, if your an average adult you'll need around 2000-3000 cals a day (4000for teens and growing kids) by eating 500 cals a day you should lose 6-10pounds in two wee…ks if your an average adult (or an inactive teen/child), or 14 pounds if your active or growing. Although dieting while growing is not recommended Apound of fat is around 3500cals The problem is your body will adapt to the lower calories and eventually it'll learn to run with less (although 500cals a day is impossible) and so you must combine dieting with excercise if you want the new weight to stay
I reckon you could lose between 1.5 - 2 stone, depends on your build and how overweight you are. I'm going to try not eating for a fortnight to, just drinking water… and goin out for walks. =D

If you eat less than 1000 calories a day your body can actually gain weight because it is either affected by the change or the central nevus system senses that your getting we…aker and puts out the stored fat in your lower intestine. So the answer to that is you'll probably just gain more weight than before.

Not much I think. Chances are you'll put on more weight because the body'll assume you've moved to some place where there's no food available and it must stock up now ju…st incase. If you're so hot on losing weight drastically, try not having carbs after sunset. The body's metabolism is high while the sun is up and just before, so this is a good time to eat. After sunset its rest and sleep or eating during this time means digestion is slower so fat retention is higher. Also, finding out the root cause of weight gain in the first place, really helps. Eating cheese sandwiches is not the way to lose weight. You would be eating fat too many refined (processed) carbohydrates. Refined (processed) carbohydrates are a major cause of weight gain and obesity.
