Skipping a single meal won't do much for you if weightloss is the ultimate goal. Skipping meals lowers blood sugar and reduces metabolism, which will actually slow down the entire process. In addition, the weight you loose will not all be from fat, but also muscle tissue, skin, blood and even bone matter. This is because of the fact that as your body can't receive the essential nutrients it needs to survive from food, it will extract them wherever it can find them. So be sure to eat! Your body needs protein, starch, fat, calcium, folic acid, vitamins, minerals and much more simply to sustain life. As any one of these becomes depleted from your diet, your body looses some of its functions and, depending on the level of deprivation, you can even die. This is why it is very important to have a balanced, consistant diet with fruits and vegetables.

If you honestly starve yourself, you can lose even too much weight. This may sound tempting, but you are putting your life at risk. If you want to lose a lot of weight; limit your calories, and find a way to burn those calories and a few more and you will lose weight. Cardio exercise is marvellous for burning calories. Just remember this, in order to lose one pound of fat, you need to burn 3500 calories.

It depends how much you weigh. However, your metabolism will slow down and that will make it much harder for you to lose weight in the long term. In addition, you may develop serious health problems. There are much better ways to lose body fat. Start by not having snacks, chips, sweets, sodas, pizzas, and restricting all refined (processed) carbohydrates. In addition, engage in cardio exercise such as cardio walking to lose weight. Cardio exercise is an excellent fat burner.

Not much, if anything at all. Your body still stores food from the past few days and meals in the liver, and food can take a day or two to even be digested and go out of your system. Also, starving is not a good method of weight loss. It can cause many health side effects and is dangerous.

You will lose weight, eventually but it is not right and u will eventually die and it will become an obsession with your diet. if u starve yourself you will become anorexic and go to a home to help you with it. you may have heart problems and die!! DONT DO IT!! I am though im fat!!
