How much weight could you lose in a week drinking and eating only water and chicken broth?

Don't consider it! I don't know what your rush is to lose weight, but this is not a good way. Yes, you can survive four to six weeks without food but surviveing isn't the point. You'd face increadble hunger pain, fatiuge, exaustion and way more. Also once your week is up your lifestyle won't change, and you'll put the weight on again. Honestly I don't think you'd cut enough weight for it to really make a long-term difference. If you went on a diet afterwards your body would still gain weight because it's trying to replenish what it lost durning that week. Bottom Line: Bad Idea.

if you drank nothing but water for a whole week your weight would stay exactly the same and you would become very ill.

If you ate normally and just drank water as a drink, you probably wouldn't lose anything in a week but by a month maybe a pound or 2

Probably a lot, but you will be putting your life at risk. If you need to loose weight, follow a decent weight loss plan or see a Doctor Who will be able to advise you on what to cut back on.

A cracker mainly consists of wheat, so in effect you are putting yourself on a prison bread and water ration - and no prisoner looked good on that.

Doing such a diet is very dangerous. If the body senses that it is starving or being deprived, it will try to ward off weight loss. Also, you can only lose weight through exercising, too.
