It really depends on the person and their conditions.A healthy personhas little reason to fear water intoxication. Humans, like all animals, have evolved a very critical set of mechanisms for osmotic regulation. Normal people simply will not have the desire to be thirsty when they could become overhydrated. There's a very large range of safe hydration, and consuming a bit"more than you need" isn'tgoing to be harmful, your kidneys will simply compensate. In order to consume a dangerous amount of water, you would have tocontinue drinking past this "still ok to be drinking but still not thirsty at all" into the "really not thirsty at all, please stop drinking" into the real "danger" zone- and all in a short time. Most people who have died from water intoxication were in some sort of contest or challenge that forced them to try and consume as much water as possible in a very short time- at least 2 gallons in an hour. Assuming a person were to constantly consume small amounts of water throughout the day while making sure to get enough sodium and potassium, they could probably safely (though quite uncomfortably) consume at least3 gallons in an entire day. It appears the kidneys can clear .9 liters of water an hour at most, so consumingless than thatper hour for 16 hours (a day)would mean you never put in water faster than your kidneys can take it out and represents a "certainly safe" limit. Downing a liter or twoin an hourisn't going to kill you either- your body can handle a little extra water for a shortwhile, especially if you're dehydrated, but doing it every hour of the daymight eventually cause problems.
depends on your level of activity, oveiosly the more you sweat the more water you need to take in.
I believe that the maximum the average kidneys can filter though is 23 liters pre day. You DO NOT want to drink this much though as it will damage your kidneys. Research kidney function to find out how they work.
Depends on the size of your body. Drink at least a few cups a day or you'll start to feel the consequences. Too much is likely anything over a gallon, once again, depending on your size. Also, feelings of dehydration when one knows they are getting a reasonable amount of water can often indicate medical problems, such as Diabetes.

Way too much
you feel like that because you are drinking too much water a day
Yes, if you take it all in one gulp. If you want to drink it in one day, and your body really requires it, then no, it's not too much to drink.
My friend, one can have too much of anything ! Too much water and you drown. Too much sun and you burn. Everything in moderation; your wonderful God-given body should tell you when it has had enough. Blessings !
Way too much
Drinking too much water after eating will probably lead to a stomache ache and possibly vomiting. Consuming too much water throughout the day can lead to water intoxication, which is a serious condition.
up to 4 mg per day
Dont water them too much because too much water will cause the flowers to wilt. Also put in a place where it will get sun at least a couple times a day if you are wanting to have them in vases inside. Not too much sun though. If your flowers are planted outside, then water them once a day.
You should drink about 64 ounces of water a day. There is a such thing as water poisoning. It surrounds your cells with too much water, and it causes them to burst.
We can take one egg in one day.. We can take one egg in one day..
