It really isnt too bad. Im getting ready to give my 944 a tune up and it consists of new plugs (5 dollars a piece) new plug wires (75 dollars a set) distributor and rotor (about 60 dollars) Air filter (i bought a K and N racing filter for 45 dollars) and thats about it. Of course you should flush the coolant system and add new coolant. Change the oil and filter which is cheap and easy to do. This will do wonders for the engine and make sure you save all your reciepts and dates they were changed to pass on to the next owner that would want to buy it in the event you go to sell it. Hope this helps
spark plugs and wires, oil and oil filter, air filter, check rotor and points in distributor, check belts, just basic maintenance.

My 1983 Porsche 944 is 3,000 pounds
944 boxer? What is that?
The Porsche 944 was manufactured from 1982 to 1991. The Porsche sports car was designed to last into the 1990s but the plans were changed and the 944 S3 became the 968 instead.
No
30,850 for the 944 s and slightly less for a stock 944
Although the Porsche 944 started selling in 1982, the Porsche 944 Turbo did not make it's international debut until March, 1985. Prior to it's international debut, a 944 turbo pre-production car competed in and won a 1984 24-Hour endurance race.
this isn't a question.
Can you be more specific?
