"ml" (mili-litre) is a unit of volume while gram is a unit of weight therefore the question is nonsensical, it's like asking "how much is 10 miles in pounds?" If one could weigh a mile then the question would not be so silly.

I need weights for liquid in pounds and grams all the time. Say for instance I want a large aquarium on the second floor of a relatively weak structure. how much space a liquid takes up will mean nothing to me when I ask myself 'will this tank fall through the floor?' except perhaps when I am calculating the size of the hole. you see this is why weight is also used. FYI in chemistry we are always calculating weights of liquids.

As for the answer: 1ml of water = 1g of water, but this is not true for all liquids. if you knew the molecular weight of an item then you could figure its weight in grams. or you can weigh the empty container and then a container filled with the liquid and subtract the two numbers. the difference will give you the approximate weight in grams. otherwise you will have to heat and divide and subtract and multiply Etc. Etc.
