How much does the average person pay for cigarettes each year?

The average person, in the general population, much of which never uses smokeless tobacco? Or the average smokeless tobacco user? My expense is probably higher than average - I dip only Copenhagen, the most expensive brand, and I go through about a can a day. It used to be over $5 a can here in central Virginia, but most of the time I could find it on special and it cost me less than $4 can. Now, the US Tobacco Company has drastically cut their prices across the board in response to state governments imposing stiff new taxes on tobacco products, and the regular price is now under $4 per can. Anyway, at about $3.75 per can, 360 cans a year, it costs me an estimated $1350 a year.

depends where you live the cheaper the cigs more you smoke(and bumb) the more expensive like NY 9 bucks a pack! the less your going to end up smoking. multiply how much you smoke by the cost of the pack by 365 days in a year and ba boom that's how much money you waste.
