Depends on the size :)
it really depends on the bean bag but mine weighs probably 10 pounds. it is estimated about 1000 beans per pounds. what a good alternative would be is to put pillows in your bag. pillows are lighter at more fit for your bag. mine has beans but one day i was bored and i decided to buy kfc fried chicken and relax in my bean bag but the grease spilled out of the bucket and that is why it smells a little like cat pee now. now back on topic, i would go with your heart on the right beanbag, for if it is too heavy you can not lift it but too light it will start rolling with too many beans. to wrap things up, in the end, your bean bag will look, smell, and even weigh how much you want it to. before you make the purchase of a beanbag, you should give it a "test" lift. this is a great method for figuring out the weight of the beanbag.
my saying is "cant lift, over 10. can lift under 10"
again go with your heart and inner soul on buying a bean bag.
