According to the Singer site it was made in 1925. It also looks like it was made during the first half of that year. This year the serial numbers AA817511 to AA 999999 were made. I can't say what country this machine was made in.
There were no serial numbers beginning with the letter O, and the largest serial number without a letter in front was 16.831.099, in 1899. Check your number and then see the link below.
