It depends on age, gender and activity but on average a human exhales 1 KG per day?

If you are thinking of global warming, then the carbon dioxide exhaled by humans (and animals) does not contribute to global warming. The carbon we exhale was taken from the world very recently, so breathing is part of the carbon cycle.

How much money does it take to produce 9oz of carbon dioxide?

We humans breath out carbon dioxide when we exhale...therefore it's free right? Now, measuring exactly 9oz of it will be hard unless you have like a science lab or something. Hope I helped!

What enzymes break down the carbon dioxide in your liver and blood?

there is no enzyme in our blood or liver that is why we exhale air if not we would die because there is to much co2 in our body

How do chameleons breathe?

Chameleons have lungs and air passages much like humans do. They inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide like all other reptiles.

What is removed from the body when you exhale?

The respiratory system functions almost elusively to add oxygen to the blood and remove carbon dioxide. Incidental to this it also can be a way to remove some volatile chemicals from the blood.

Which gas do plants produce?

Oxygen, we pretty much breathe and exhale the complete opposite gases that plants do. Most green plants take in carbon dioxide and produce oxygen.

Where does the plant get carbon dioxide from?

It's in the air and we exhale carbon dioxide.A small percentage of the atmosphere is carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is released by the metabolic processes of organisms, and by our burning of fuels. In recent decades, the amount of carbon dioxide has increased so much, some scientists believe maintaining the current amount of carbon dioxide will devastate Earth's climate. Actually, today there were festivals held all over the world to make people aware of this issue. See http://www.350.org/

Can plants absorb the excess carbon in the atmosphere?

A:In a natural balance, plants absorb as much carbon dioxide (CO2) as animals exhale, keeping the concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide at the long-term average of around 260 to 280 parts per million (ppm). Human activities have increased this level to 380 ppm since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, and rising fat. This itself is evidence that plants simply can not absorb the additional carbon dioxide load in the atmosphere. Moreover, our continuing destruction of forests actually reduces the ability of plants to absorb carbon dioxide, and is one important reason for the rising CO2 levels.

How much oxygen is left in the world?

All living things (except plant matter) nead oxygen, and we inhale it to fuel our muscels. What we exhale is Carbon Dioxide. Plants transform Carbon Dioxide into Oxygen during the process of photosynthesis, so as long as there are trees or plants it really doesn't matter.

How much percent of carbon dioxide have in Sprite?

Sprite has 6% of carbon dioxide

Why is carbon dioxide important to people?

Carbon dioxide is important to people as it plays a crucial role in the process of photosynthesis, which is how plants produce oxygen and carbohydrates. It is also a major greenhouse gas, helping to regulate Earth's temperature. However, too much carbon dioxide emissions from human activities can contribute to climate change, which has negative impacts on the environment and human health.

How does carbon dioxide differ from carbon monoxide?

Carbon dioxide is one carbon atom with two oxygen atoms. When you breath, you exhale carbon dioxide, as do all animals. Plants require carbon dioxide to grow; essentially they need it the way animals need oxygen. If you get too much carbon dioxide in a confined space, you can suffocate as it will displace the oxygen. Carbon monoxide is one carbon atom with one oxygen atom. It is the result of incomplete combustion of organic materials such as wood, gasoline, etc. It interferes with the ability of your blood to transport oxygen. If you breath enough of it you can loose consciousness and die. That is what happens if people sit in a closed garage with the car running.

Does trees absorb carbon monoxide?

Carbon Monoxide: is a colorless, odorless, tastless gas that when inhaled is toxic to humans. Carbon Monoxide: is a byproduct of a rich mixture fire, Burning wood, Gas fires, etc. Your answer is No! Trees use Carbon Dioxide which is what you release when you exhale. So-Live long.
