I looked up "Jesus" on the lds.org scripture search and got 165 scripture references from the Book of Mormon. Many of the scripture references used Jesus's name more than once and I didn't count all of those.
However, there are many other names for "Jesus." Some of them are:
Christ
Savior
Advocate
Redeemer
The Lamb
The Lamb of God
Lord
Prince of Peace
Messiah
Deliverer
There are also many others. Just using "Jesus" will not get the complete reference collection, as Jesus is refered to by many other names.
There are several ways this question could be answered. Those who believe the Book of Mormon is a sacred book of scripture believe that every word was written by the inspiration of God, so one could answer tht every word was spoken by Jesus Christ.
There are many instances in which the writer tells of revelation or direction they recieved from God, and so you could say that only those words were from Jesus Christ.
Or, by a narrower definition, the actual physical person of Jesus Christ is only found in the book of Third Nephi, chapters 11-26. In these verses, Jesus says a total of 12,572 words, and many other things that he said are summarized rather than quoted. Of those words that are quotes, Jesus explains baptism, repeats many of his New Testament teachings, quotes Isaiah and Malachi, introduces the sacrament (Lord's Supper), ordains leaders to take over after he leaves, and instructs the people to study the scriptures and record their own history. He also blesses the sick and prays with and for the people.
The word "Jesus" appears in 166 verses in the Book of Mormon, with many of these verses using the word more than once.
Similar words are also used to refer to Jesus such as Christ (323 verses), Redeemer (40 verses), Savior (14 verses), Lord (1282 verses), Son of God (149 verses), etc.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints added the subtitle "Another Testament of Jesus Christ" to the Book of Mormon in 1982 in order to clarify and emphasize the purpose of the Book of Mormon. All copies of the Book of Mormon published by this church today carry this subtitle. Other denominations in the Mormonism movement that publish their own editions of the Book of Mormon, as well as private and commercial printings, generally do not include the subtitle.
There are many different terms in the Book of Mormon which refer to God or to Jesus Christ. By far the most common words are "Lord" and "God". Others include: Lord God Almighty Messiah Father Son or Son of God Christ the One Jesus Most High Great Spirit (used by some Lamanite groups) Savior Redeemer
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church use the King James Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price as scripture. They also follow the words of a living prophet. You can read Mormon scripture online at the "Related Links" below.
The official Bible of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) is the King James Version of the Bible. They also consider The Book of Mormon as scripture equal with the Bible.
Siete Palabras is a reference to the seven final phrases reportedly spoken by Jesus Christ prior to his death by crucifixion upon the Cross. Believed to be uttered in the Aramic language that was spoken by Jesus, they have been translated into Greek and Hebrew by religious scholars and are revered by millions who understand them to be the exact words spoken during the crucifixion.
Two words; Jesus Christ!
The word Jehovah appears in the text of the Book of Mormon only twice, and one of these is a quote from Isaiah. Words referring to the same being, such as Jesus, Christ, Savior, Redeemer, Son of God, etc. are much more common.
This is most easily found out by obtaining a red-letter Bible (with the words in red being those spoken by Jesus). Alternatively, you can use the search engine of your choice and find this out, in this manner.
In the Holy Bible read John 11:21-43. It is about Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead, several days after he died. Also in Luke 8:40-53, it refers to when Jesus raised Jairus' daughter from the dead. Jesus Christ is our Messiah. He died so that we can have life and salvation. He was ressurrected so we can be born again and have new life through Christ.
Back then they didn't have last names so it is only Jesus Christ to us. Although, he was referred to as Jesus of Nazareth in those times. The word "Christ" is a title and not part of His name. In other words it should read Jesus the Christ.
MESSIAH CHRIST JESUS
