to answer your question, for a scoup size 25cc you can only put max 22.5grams of protein if the protein based on the the kind of protein, wpci35% or 40% or 80% or 90% is the protein contents in the powder, so if you scoop 25cc and you used 80% you are getting 20grams, and the rest is filler,

Teaspoon is a measure of volume, gram is a measure of mass ( or less accurately weight). There is no direct conversion between the two, it is different for each commodity and depends on density.
