That is a difficult question. The short answer is: depends on the camera/manufacturer/quality settings/filetype. It depends on how the camera processes the image and saves it, for example many cameras provide options as GOOD, FINE, etc. refering to the quality of the file (JPG, TIFF, etc.). So even if the resolution of the image be 10 Mpix the quality setting will affect its final file size. Also the filetype is an important factor, a JPG file will take much less space than a RAW file. Furthermore, even using the same resolution, quality settings, filetype, and camera brand, different models can produce different size images. But to give you an idea, my camera can hold as much as 400 10 Mpix images using JPG at best quality on a 2GB SD card. So, there you have it, hope that helps.
A 128mb memory car would hold about 70 4mp photos. But it depends how many mp (mega pixels) you camera has. Hope this helps you dtracer (i would be grateful for any points given)
MP = Mega Pixels 3 MP = 4000 5 MP = 3000 8 MP = 2000 10 MP = 1500 12 MP = 1000 The more mega pixels there are, the less amount of photos it can hold.
It would hold about 65 photos.
For an iPod, an 8 GB memory stick will hold approximately 2,000 songs.
It would hold approx. 1280 images.
It depends on the camera.
About 800 I think.
That depends on the 'quality' and 'resolution' settings in the camera, and whether you are storing as JPEGs or RAWs or TIFFs. As a guide, from 100 pictures to 4000 pictures.
Because that is a very small memory card.
29 mints approx in hd
It is recommended with a camera that is this sharp you have a minimum of a 1 gigabyte memory card. On this card you can fit approximately 56 pictures depending on the lighting and subject involved.
it depends on the size you get
