Actually, there are FOUR liquids on the periodic table and they are: Cs(cesium), Fr(francium), Hg(Mercury), Br(bromine).

At normal condition of temperature and pressure. 1 atmosphere and 0-20c only 2 elements are in liquid phase Bromine (Br 35) and Mercury (Hg 80).
Otherwise ALL other elements have a liquid phase depending on temperature and pressure.

Two elements, mercury (Hg) and bromine (Br) are certainly liquid at room temperature. Two more would be if the room were rather warm: gallium (Ga) melts at 30°C = 86°F and caesium (Cs) melts at 28.4°C = 83°F.
