2 for a UAV, 3 for a Counter-UAV
The UAV killstreak is earned after three kills without dying and after two kills if using the hardline perk.
get 3 kills in a row, or use hardline and its 2 in a row
Personally i wouldn't need any killstreak to get it (i'm 2G) but you should use UAV (3 kills), predator missile(5 kills) and then harrier (7 kills). Or you could use hardline to make it a bit easier.
A UAV, or a Radar, is obtained by reaching a 350 Score Streak (With Hardline) or 450 (Without Hardline), without dying in Multiplayer.

Use hardline and keep getting a two killstreak after you get a two kilstreak kill yourself then do it again, it's quite simple.
You unlock customizable killstreaks at level 10 and every about 5-6 levels you can unlock a different one. The killstreaks are: 3 Kills - UAV 4 Kills - Counter-UAV or Care Package 5 Kills - Sentry Gun or Predator Missile 6 Kills - Precision Airstrike 7 Kills - Harrier Strike or Attack Helicopter 8 Kills - Emergency Airdrop 9 Kills - Pave Low or Stealth Bomber 11 Kills - AC-130 or Chopper Gunner 15 Kills - EMP 25 Kills - Tactical Nuke You can only select 3 killstreaks and you cannot have 2 killstreaks from the same number of kills.
Whenever someone calls in a Counter-UAV, it will be in the sky and it looks just like a UAV. Shoot it down and your UAV will be restored.
