Actually their are 31 aluminum Mountain Dew Bottles all together and 21 of them are the green label art bottles. They have the Collection which introduced 9 bottles then they had volume 1 which had 6 more bottles then they made volume 2 which had 6 bottles but also a secret chase bottle called the Course Maker by the artist Pushead that was only released at a conference in Los Angeles. then they have the non green label art bottles which are 4 4th of July bottles then 4 NASCAR bottles and then a Halo edition bottle which had game fuel in it when all of the other ones had regular mt dew in it. hope this helps!!!
There are really 38 Bottles in the Mountain Dew Collection. The other 7 bottles are:

Though I can't specifically say these shops would have a Mountain Dew bottle this seems to be a fairly complete list of the old bottle sellers in North Carolina complete with phone #'s. Let your fingers do the walking! :) Though I can't specifically say these shops would have a Mountain Dew bottle this seems to be a fairly complete list of the old bottle sellers in North Carolina complete with phone #'s. Art does not exist in a vacuum; it connects to other aspects of life. Many things inspire art, and art in turn refers to many things. It's all interconnected.

The first run 2007 serie of mountain dew green label art would sell for quite a bit of money. The push head bottle I've seen go for around $400 dollars, while I've seen the pharoahs and paper tigers bottles go for over $65 dollars a piece. There's also another that goes for around $65 dollars I forget what its called though, all the other volume one bottles can be worth $8 - $12 bucks a piece id say, so for the complete set id say you could get $600 - $700 dollars on a good day.
Generally at Wal-marts when they are in stock (When Mountain Dew releases a new series to the marketplace). Targets may have these bottles too. When these bottles first started out you find them at all types of gas stations, 7-11's, and other conv. stores. Then they started to just release them to the big box retailers only and in smaller batches because they really did not sell to well. But there are still cases of some conv. stores that will sell these bottles too while the Wal-mart down the street carries them. They still want these bottles in the market, because consumers and/or actually their targeted market base will want these because of their brand connection to MD. Secondly, the funky designs or nostalgia looks create excitement to attract a new customer to try the brand. And lastly, there will be those that see these as limited edition collectibles to collect. Older edition bottles can now be found at ebay. Type in Mountain Dew aluminum, Green Label Art or Pepsi aluminum in the search box on Ebay. For details on new arrival bottles, go to their website at greenlabelart.com. The newest bottles should arrive this summer (2009) and are probably not shown on their website yet either. Always check back to their website.

Sometimes liquor bottles come in a nice bottle. If some guy has a man cave in his house the used liquor bottles can be used as a decorating piece. Broken used liquor bottles can also be used to make art.
