It depends on age, weight, height, level of physical activity etc. An average lightly active teen girl that's 5"2 and 100 pounds or so, should consume 50-60 grams of fat per day. for more information I added a link.
You would need at least 15-20 just to absorb the vitamins and nutrients your body is taking in--as most are fat-soluble; and dont forget: It doesn't matter where your calories come from--though eating a healthy diet will be better for you--its how many calories you get.
Hope this helps :)
For some teenage girls their daily fat must be measured in pounds.
The suggested amount of fat would be about 65 grams per day for a 2000 calorie per day diet or 80 grams of fat per day for a 2500 calorie per day diet.
Ahhh about 200 mills aday like my teacher mrs brown do
There's really no concrete answer for that. Your fat intake depends on more than just your gender - it depends on things like age, activity level, etc.
I think that you should be able to have at least twenty to thirty grams of sugar.😜

1400 to 2600 grams of fat should a 10 year old girl should have on each day.
A child should have no more than 15 grams of sugar per day. An adult should consume no more than 35 grams per day.
The average adolescent should consume no more than 65-70 grams of fat per day.

That depends on your height.
Based on the average 2,000-calorie diet, you should eat no more than 20 grams of saturated fats per day.

A 14 year old girl should consume 45 to 65 percent of their daily calories from carbohydrates. This equals out to between 225 grams and 325 grams per day.
