It would be irresponsible to answer this question simply.
The casualty may not need "compressions", indeed giving them could harm the casualty.
If you want to be able to administer First Aid, go and get proper First Aid or medical training.
For CPR give 30 compressions for adults, children, and infants.
This procedure is known as CPR or Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and the process consists of 30/2 (30 chest compressions followed by 2 rescue breaths).
