Typically 1 slice of white bread is anywhere from 70 to 100 calories, however my favorite is called 'Sara Lee 45 Calories and Delicious' (or something like that) and the name is correct, its the lowest calorie bread you can get and it actually tasts like regular bread (and is not really small or something).

Plus it has fiber so if you are doing weight watchers you can actually have two slices for 1 point (according to their old point system which i understand has been changed)
