Despite 8 nominations for herself and an additional nomination with The Supremes, Miss Ross has NEVER actually won a Grammy. This is pretty hard to swallow since so many new and--- in my humble opinion--mediocre artists have won multiple awards the same night.

The only travesty of justice that is even more egregious is the fact that the legendary female vocalist of the 50's and 60's, Connie Francis, still has not been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Miss Francis, who is now 71 years old, is still performing nationwide to sold out audiences.

Apparently, the true "icons" of the music industry may only get their just rewards in another life.
