I'm pretty sure that in those paper containers it says you can keep it refrigerated 4-7 days. I've kept it way longer than that and it doesn't look or smell funny, but I've been too scared to use it. You can always freeze it in an ice cube tray, that's a good way to keep it as long as you want.
Looking for the same answer. Rachel Ray's product says use within 14 days after opening. I know that you can freeze homemade stock in ice cube trays for later use, anyone know if you can do the same with store bought?
