Roast @ 350°F in the oven, tented with foil except for the last bit so it browns. Brush with butter intermittently.

The best way is to figure approximately 15-18 minutes per pound AND use a thermometer. Either an oven safe one in thickest part of breast that stays in the bird while cooking or an instant read and check the temp occasionally, again in thickest part of breast.
