As long as it wants darlin' as long as it wants. If you're concerned about your mouse, look for weakness in strength, is it having trouble moving around? Relavent to it's stage I mean.

They sleep for long periods of time.

baby mice need a lot of sleep, warmth and nutrition. theres no exact time limit, just make sure that your mouse has a possibility to sleep well: warm, soft place, your hand will do just okay :)
