The train will only take you Labrador but your better off going to Nova Scotia where you will have to take a ferry to Newfoundland. When you have arrived in Newfoundland you can take a greyhound bus or make arrangements with a private taxi operator. such Taxis can be found in the phone book in Newfoundland. Best already have arrangements made before you leave Toronto.
