A seminary education can vary in length depending on the concentration or field of study. Most seminaries have their primary degree being Master of Divinity. While many seminaries are setup like universities, having different "schools" offering many types of degrees. Typical setups would include a Theology/Divinity School, Christian or Religious Education School, Missions or Evangelism School, as well as a Music School. Seminary institutions grant Master and Doctorate level degrees, with a small number of schools/students able to get Bachelor degrees. With this in mind most Master of Divinity programs are 3 years or about 90 credit hours. Other Master level offerings are typically 2 years or 60 credit hours.
