Warrants do not expire. They will last until you are arrested or they are canceled by a judge. They usually cancel the warrant after seven years, unless it is a serious offense.

A warrant usually lasts indefinitely until the charge is cleared up.

A bench warrant is issued by a judicial officer - they last until the warrant is either withdrawn by the judge who issued it or it is quashed.

1 to 2 years depending on the state, but if you leave the state during that time it's considered "fleeing" the state and then the warrant dosent expire.
