The question is how will this help you achieve your personal and career goals. The dual major here seems like it would be useful for someone doing consumer psychology research.
This will really depend on yourself and where you go to school. It is possible to get it all done in four years. I don't think you could do a double-major and a minor in less than 4 yours. You would probably have to take around 17-18 credit hours a semester with some summer courses as well. This is just a guess and probably varies by institution.
