Depends on what kind of test is being admin. UA(urine anaylasis) test will be clean in as little as 36 hrs for small dosages, up to 4 days if using high to toxic amounts. Blood test will be about the same. Hair follicle tests can go up to several months depending on usage and how long your hair is. This is for most all illegal drugs, however cannabinoids(weed, hash) are fat soluble and you can test positive for up to 23 days. (on UA test)

∙ 11y agoDepending on the opiate of your choice...anywhere from days to months. If you are taking the weaker opiates like hydrocodone or codeine..anywhere from 5-7 days. Heroin and methadone and buprenorphine (suboxone) can stay in your hair for upto 9 months assuming its a hair test. I'd its a urine or blood test, you should be good after about 30 days

I have a permanent injury and have a darvocet prescription. Without thinking I took a dose of my wifes hydrocodone cough syrup for a recent cold. If it is, and I wonder if it is, and if it is, why it is, but to get to the point, the easiest way to flunk a drug test is to take the drug. Valium stays in your system for a month, but most opiates are gone in a matter of hours or days, so if you're really determined, take a vicodin or whatever you can get the day of or the day before the test.
