The water goes through the water purification center. They add chlorine, alum, carbon, fluoride, and lime to the water. The chlorine kills the germs, the carbon gets rid of bad smells, and the lime makes the water softer, the alum attracts mud and dirt. Then the mud and dirt turns into clumps and falls to the bottom. Fluoride is added for strong teeth.
