In Animal Farm, inner conflict occurs when the animals face internal struggles relating to their beliefs, values, or decisions. For example, characters like Boxer may feel torn between loyalty to the farm and questioning the pigs' leadership, leading to inner turmoil. Additionally, Snowball experiences inner conflict as he tries to reconcile his ideals with the reality of power dynamics on the farm.
The main conflict within Animal Farm is that between Napoleon (and all the pigs) and the more common animals - symbolic of the conflict between Stalin and his men and everyone who he was ruling.
I cannot give you tons of examples through out the novel, but if you have read the book you could easily pin point where they are. The pigs like Napolean and Squeeler show man vs. self or 'animal vs self' through there alcohol addiction later on in the novel, same as the struggle with in themselves towards the end. There are tons of examples of animal vs. man (man vs. man) and also (animal vs society) man vs society. There are not too many places that show man vs. self, but the animals when hearing the lies from napolean have to sturggle with what to believe, they are finding with in them selves the truth.. do you kind of see what I mean? If not i'm sorry this didn't help that much. Google it though (like u havn't done that already), but google does always help!!
well when the animals rebelled against the farmer it showed how certain people were trying to take over. they punished all other animals to get what they wanted. each of the animals represented a real person.
