How is excision to make the completed mRNA accomplished?
post transcriptional modifications such as cutting and splicing of exons!
the introns are spliced out

The mRNA molecule is completed by the formation of hydrogen bonds. These bonds are between the RNA nucleotides, which then separatefrom the DNA.
mRNA is a short term intermediate and once processing is completemRNA dissolves. During processing mRNA becomes degraded as it readsthe codons.
It leaves the nucleus, enters the cytoplasm and specifically the ribosome where it is translated into proteins.
The process of creating mRNA from a DNA template is known as transcription.
mRNA gets its code from DNA during process "Transcription".
After transcription, mRNA moves to the cytoplasm then to ribosome. At the ribosome, with the help of tRNA, the mRNA is translated into a peptide chain.
Proteins are not made of mRNA (it "only" carries the instructions from the nucleus) but from the amino acids that are brought by the tRNA (Transport) to the rRNA (Ribosome…s). The process is called translation .
mRNA carries the instructions for making proteins which then make DNA.
DNA makes mRNA because DNA is too precious to go out of the cell and is well stored in the nucleus
U would make an incision then excise the tissue u were taking for biopsy - in meaning to go in, ex meaning to take out eg. Insert - to put in, exit - to go out. NB. I am not c…ertain but believe biopsies are mostly done via laproscopic methods now so no cut (incision) would be necessary.x
The premature mRNA is the transcribed product of the gene that codes specific protein but it still has some small sequences of nucleotides called introns. If those introns are…n't removed the result will be shown on the translated gene. Even though a peptide may be produced it will not be the one coded by the gene. So premature mRNA goes through a process called RNA splicing in which snRNA combined with proteins removed the introns and put together the rest of the DNA sequences (exons) then the now mature RNA can exit the nucleus and travel in the ribosomes where it will be translated.
In protein synthesis, the process of a coping the gene in the formof mRNA is called transcription. When the mRNA reaches the end ofthe coding sequence, the final amino acid ge…ts added and theprotein is complete.
