Well, they don't exactly have babies. The female tuna lays eggs- up to 30 million very tiny eggs. These are fertilized by the male tuna after they are laid. A very few of the 30 million eggs will grow into baby tuna.

now this type of question would make most people feel mentally challenged.....so i am going to guess and say that fish do not have chromosomes

I could not find how many specifically for a tuna however fish do have chromosomes
