This is dependant on what pain pill.

I only have personal experience with Tylenol.

It starts out with a stomach pain and headache.

Gradually vomiting occurs, and depending-a burning feeling in your nose.

The person overdosing will vomit several times before it is out of their system.

The day or two after the nose burning and headache continue.

I for one have admittidaly tried to overdose on sleeping pills. i was having a horrible time at home and my personal life wasnt that great! i decided one night when all my family were asleep to go to the medicine cupboard and have all the sleeping pills, i remember falling asleep after 10 minutes of taking the pills , then waking up in hospital saying i had to have my stomouch pumped. It wasnt pleasant and i would never do it again , i now go to a therapist and he helps me to understand my problems. If any of u are feeling like commiting suicide add this addy- izzyere09baby@live.co.uk and i will talk to you more about it seriously you dont want to be alone with something like this

well it depends on the person and what you mean by overdose. an overdose is technically anything over the perscribed amount. and in terms of recreational use, just about everyone who does it overdoses technically but if u mean like a recreational overdose it depends alot on your physical health mental health and body chemistry but typically paranoia, obsessive anxiety, panic attacks, fast pounding heart, pale skin, cold feelings in hands and feet numbness, tingling and in serious cases heart attack, stroke, seizures and cardiac arrest. amphetamines are a bit unique in terms of their lethal dose because it depends almost solely on the individual one person can take 250 milligrams and live and another can take 60 mg and go into cardiac arrest. it depends on you and your physical health

It feels like you're just getting tired, and everything seems more peaceful. It can take about 5 minutes to 40 minutes, but during that time your stomach can be pumped and you may live.
