First, cells of the same kind that perform the same job are grouped together to form a tissue. Some tissus have more than one type of cell.they are called complex tissues.Next,an organ will be formed by several tissue s working together to perform a specialised function.Organs with related roles coodinate to function efficiently. They work together to form an organ system. The different organ systems work together to make up the entire body of an organism.

Two or more specialized cells can group together to form tissues. Then, tissues can group together to form organs. And of course, if you have many organs, you have an organ system.

Hope this helps!

A multicellular organism develops from a single cell (the zygote) into a collection of many different cell types, organized into tissues and organs. Development involves cell division, body axis formation, tissue and organ development, and cell differentiation (gaining a final cell type identity).
