well, when u have your room clean, it makes u fell better and have a happy life, but when its not clean, you don't notice it but, you fall behind on sleep, get crabby, etc.
when i have my room clean it makes feel fresh and alive!! and not dull and tired, when u feel better and have a better personality it make you healthy an d happy!!

Organised - so that you can find stuff you need quickly, without having to tear up the room looking for it. clean - you need to be clean cause otherwise you could become repulsive. However if you mean it in the context of keeping your room clean, you don't necessarily have to make it 'look' clean just make sure its organised to your standards... that's what I do...
