Pretty much in every way imaginable. There is no " United States " Original people. If your not a Native American, your an immigrant somewhere along the line back 10,000BC. So the world you see, or at least the culture boom around the 1900's, hits in food like Pizza and hotdogs, to cars we drive be it German or Japanese.
