Not all cellphones has a built-in modem but if it does, download the driver from your cellphone manufacturer and install it to your laptop/PC, connect the two and create a dial-up connection using that modem.

Cell phone internet also requires that the network supports it, and you may need to extend your subscription with the phone company to cover data rather than just voice traffic.
Standards for data traffic over cell phone include GPRS and EDGE (on GSM networks) and UMTS (on 3G networks).

∙ 14y agoOf course you can connect you cell phone to internet. Most of the recent cell phones are practically handheld computers. One can receive emails, send emails, can do web Surfing on cell phone. If your cell phone is an old model not having internet facility then you can not add anything to make it connectible to internet, the only option in that situation is to buy new cell phone like blackberry.
