∙ 14y agoGoogle is so fast because it has a simple home page. other search engines, such as AOL, are more complicated because they have a disorganized or messy home page, which takes longer for it to move from page to page. google only have the logo, a white background, and a search button.

Also some questions are interesting to research and find an answer, but some questions are pointless and just a waste of time.

Google simply searches every website that exists and matches your search to words on the website then lists them from most popular to least popular. Its similar to as if you use the find feature on a word document only much bigger.
