If not, find out what the Medicare guidelines are...they're available, in print, on the internet. Don't give up. Finally, hire an attorney to only send Kaiser a letter about the question. Ah.

You dont need to have a doctor or be a doctor to open a home health care agency. Most elderly people have personal doctors that they have been seeing for years thats not true. You could do awsome being a nurse and opening an inhome care agency. You could find a prospective client, get hired find staff and start from there. Thats funny that someone would say that.
