You may get repeated attacks of fever and upper and right sided abdominal pain. On ultrasound scan, you may find the multiple stones in gall bladder. At times the gall stone may enter the common bile duct, causing obstructive jaundice. That is quite trouble some.

Gall Bladder symptoms include possible nausea along with a gnawing pain under the lower ribs on the right side. It most likely happens within 2 hours of having eaten a fatty meal.

An actual infected gall bladder will likely have the same symptoms along with a fever and chills. The presence of fever and chills with gall bladder symptoms can be a serious condition and needs immediate medical attention.
