∙ 12y agousually, the phones charger fits into a plug on your computer, and then a bar comes up on to the computer saying 'do you want to upload picutres, share songs, etc.' but that's just some phones. you should ask your parents so a professional.

∙ 14y agoFind a website to upload your photos too. Click the 'upload' button and press 'browse'. Once you've done that go to 'Computer' or 'My Computer' and find your cell phone(usually has the name of the brand) in that list. Open it and browse your folders looking for either a 'Pictures' or 'Photos' folder.
