Have not tried this, but this is what I found when searching: You may be able to do this with the supplied software and accessories with your camera, but there are external devices that make this process much easier. If you have an external memory card reader that reads and writes, you can transfer photos without using the camera or any proprietary software. In fact, when connected in this way, you can move images back and forth all you like in the same way as you would copy and paste files into different folders on your computer.
you can download them soo easy by send them to the memory card but if you want them to work in the camera i think you shuld send only the pictures which has taken with the camera not other pictures cuz the are not gana work.
Remove memory card from camera, and insert into card reader.
Plug card reader into vacant USB port. Open the memory card's folder.
Drag & drop the images you want to the place on the computer you want them to go.
There are two or three ways. If the memory card is in a camera you can use the USB to connect the camera to the computer and the computer will read it from the camera. If it is just the memory card there are two ways. On some computers there is a slot in the tower to slide in memory cards. When you put it in the computer will recognize that there is something there and a window will open. It will ask you where you want to put the files on the memory card so you tell it. It will copy them to that file you named. IF you don't have one of those little slots you need to buy a memory reader that will read the card. Plug it into the USB on your computer, the computer will recognize that it has new hardware and load it. Slide your card into the reader and it will read the card. A window will open asking what you want to do with the data on the card. You tell it what file you want to load it into and it will copy to that file. You can delete the info on your data card at this point or leave it on for the future I always like to clean it because I can reuse the card again and again.
You can just put the card into your computer and transfer them over. You can use the software that comes with your camera or just transfer them into your Pictures folder.
It's very simple. Just use the card reader & that's it.
Typically you just plug it into the computer's USB or SD card port and copy the pictures.
